the Gales
Registration
Limited to 20 participants, this event is for intermediate/advance paddlers who want to take their sea kayaking in rough and dynamic waters to the next level with an emphasis on the unique safety, rescues, and performance skills needed to venture out. This smaller sized group allows us to keep participant/coach ratios low and learning opportunities high.
The MN "Northshore" is a playground for sea kayakers during the Fall. With many options and opportunities depending on the weather and rivers. We're planning for the perfect amount of rain for the rivers and wind for just the right swell across the lake, generating infamously rough seas.
